1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dobleve ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dobleve Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. The Platform is currently available only to users in the United States.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password and PIN confidential and secure
• Store your recovery phrase in a safe location
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Dobleve provides access to various services including but not limited to:

• WaveLength - Music streaming and audio content
• Cinema - Video streaming and content creation
• Hourglass - Stories and ephemeral content
• Messenger - Real-time messaging and communication
• Communities - Group creation and management
• Classrooms - Educational content and learning management
• Fitness - Workout tracking and fitness badges

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share on the Platform ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hateful, abusive, or discriminatory material
• Promotes violence or illegal activities
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Impersonates another person or entity

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Use automated systems or bots without authorization
• Sell or transfer your account

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the account settings.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
